My secondary email address is not receiving any emails. Doesnt seem to matter where it is sent from.

Hi there, @user_0pfz1e! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. Let's see if we can figure this out. Are these senders receiving any bounce back messages? Also, are you using the address via the web based portal or through a third party mail app? Also, have you checked to see if there is any forwarding set up?

As stated above I go directly to the Xfinty web site. No bounce backs no errors.

Also, for troubleshooting purposes, are these senders receiving any bounce-back messages? Have you checked to see if there are any forwarding rules set up?
