Xfinity support

A specific example: if I click on share icon from a zine article>email icon-opens format for sending email, I just add my address & hit send. Email never arrives to inbox or spam. Disappears to where? 

Recently changed from POP to IMAP format, but Email problem remains.

Going on 2yr. Email x20+years ends "comcast.net"

What email icon opens for sending email?  IOW, what program/client/app opens for you to send the email?  Do you have it set as the default program/client/app for sending email links from the web?

Aloha,  sometimes I can send emails to myself, like if Im composing one, and include myself on the address line. Forwarding emails never reach me

I am glad to hear you are not experiencing any issues sending/receiving from the Xfinity Email and the client @user_7363ce. If you are having issues sharing articles and more, it could be outside our scope of support. Do you happen to know the email address where the article may be originating from? It could be blocked as spam and may need to be added to the address book. When sharing, is it coming from the website directly or opening a third-party email client to send/share the link and originating from your email ?
