Unfortunately, once you've transitioned there is no going back. If you don't like the interface, or all of the ads, you can either install an ad block specifically for Yahoo and your browser, or you can use a third party email app like Outlook [Outlook.com], Thunderbird, Apple/Mac mail, or many other free email apps.
You can still receive support for this issue, I've already seen a few instances where the Yahoo support team saves the day. The Yahoo support team can be contacted by dialing 1-866-764-7650 or by using the Yahoo Mail interactive live chatbot.
