Yahoo transition setup

I have three Comcast emails, but only two are currently setup to transition to Yahoo Mail.  I cannot find a way to contact Comcast and ask that my third email account get setup so i can do them all at the same time.

user_09pfs4 This page will have all the information about the migration to Yahoo.
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/yahoo-email-migration-overview

As far as multiple email accounts go. If you have more than one active comcast.net email account associated with your Xfinity account, you’ll need to sign in to each email account and accept the Yahoo terms, as each mailbox will be treated separately.

If the 3rd email is not connected to the same Xfinity account as the other 2 you will need to wait until you are prompted to move it over. We have no way to initiate the process manually.

similar issue of 1 email not transitioning, is there a time limit as to when the email will transition?

Also what if it times out, before I am allowed to transition, do I lose the email account?

I don't want to transition to Yahoo.  What other choices do I have?

The good news is that you don't have to transition to Yahoo right now.  😉

As our expert @Again said you are not forced to switch to Yahoo. You can just continue using our email service if you prefer.
