You have my email incorrect which causes me issyes

with my account; namely that my current account’s secondary email address and Xfinity user id is SPELLED WRONG, and then remained in the chat for an hour naively thinking the problem was getting fixed when really she was upselling me services and my ACTUAL problem didn’t ever get addressed.  So now after all that my account is changed and my problem is still a problem.  I was told it had been escalated and I would receive a call within 24 hours.  No call ever came and it is still spelled wrong.  This causes me serious issues as ever couple weeks my email account stops working and I get fraud issues, my passwords stop working I can’t log in to essential services, and so on.  I need it fixed.  I did NOT need an upsell.  And unfortunately in your OPTIONS, there is no option for Xfinity has spelled my name wrong in their system.  

PLEASE GET THIS FIXED FOR ME AND LET ME KNOW.  I already did MY PART.

We can't correct any secondary email accounts.  If there is a spelling issue, it's nothing that Comcast/Xfinity did.  The Primary of the account is the one that set up that email.  And, at this point, you can't create a new email account, either, because comcast.net email is going to be migrated to Yahoo! Mail.

As @Again mentioned, we are limited on accessing your email/username information for security issues and you can no longer generate new email addresses.
