$250 Charge After Discontinuing Service

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] I was supposedly given  some $5 piece of plastic during the pandemic when social distancing was in full effect. I have no recollection of this whatsoever and am still waiting for Xfinity to produce some evidence that I signed for this random piece of plastic. Because I discontinued my service, they now want to charage me $250 for it. It is obsolete and worth nothing. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!

I am very sorry to hear about the experience, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Just to ensure I am on the same page as you, are you speaking about a piece of equipment that was billed after you returned it? I would be happy to further investigate with you the next steps, I just want to ensure we are on the same page.

I'm talking about a piece of obsolete $5 equipment, a flex box, that Xfinity claims that I received in 2020 -- SIX YEARS AGO -- during the pandemic and social distancing protocols.  I have not returned it because I don't recall receiving it, using it, or having anything to do with it, which they are now threatening to charge me $250 for.  That is outrageous.
