burring comcast wires

Comcast installed their exterior street wires above the ground without burring it ?

The wire is a hazard and also, they run the wire through the storm drainage on our driveway.

Sloppy work, no supervision and no responsibilities.

user_mmpo7n I appreciate you creating a post and for bringing this to our attention. There are times when temporary lines are installed, and then a work order is created for the maintenance teams to complete the work with a drop bury. Were the lines just recently installed, or have they been laying there for some time now?
