Can not stream my Amazon Prime Paramount + subscription on my Flex device

This is really annoying.  Comcast sent me one of these as my internet provider so I installed it on one of my TV's.  I have been using it for awhile without any issues.

However, recently we added Prime Video Channel Paramount +.  It does not show up on the Flex Amazon Prime as a subscribed channel, and it will not stream, says blocked content.

What is going here?????????

Hello @RLM5, and thank you for sharing your experience. I'd be happy to take a deeper look into this for you, to see how we can get this resolved. I would like to start be sending a refresh signal to your account to see if this help. Can you send a direct message with your first and last name and service address? This is what happens when you try to stream Paramount + subscripted Prime Channel using Comcast Flex.

Also this Channel does not show on the Flex as a Prime Channel!

Thank you for the screenshot @RLM5. I'd like to check the model of the box you have. If you have a Xi5 device, Paramount+ will not work. You'll need a Xi6 or XiOne streaming TV box for Flex service in order to view this programming. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
