To cancel Apple TV on Xfinity, you must first determine how you were billed. If billed through Xfinity, manage it in the Subscription Hub at xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. If billed directly by Apple, cancel via tv.apple.com/settings or your device's settings, as Xfinity can't cancel direct Apple charges.
If you subscribed through Xfinity (billed on your Xfinity bill): Go to the Subscription Hub Log in to your Xfinity account on xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. Find Apple TV+: Locate the Apple TV+ service within your subscriptions. Cancel: Follow the prompts to cancel the subscription.
