Can't sign out of paid Flex apps

My roommate moved out and I don't want to use her accounts for paid apps. I see no way of doing this in Settings > Applications. Is there any way to do this? Is there a way to reset the Flex box completely? All of the forum questions about this are locked or unanswered, or supposedly answered in a direct message.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you could launch and sign out of each app individually.
