Customize home screen/create personal shortcut menu

I do not find the Xfinity Flex to be very user-friendly.  I am looking for a way to have the home screen simply show the apps or shows I want to have displayed rather than apps I never use.  Furthermore,  I do not understand why the "resume watching" header does not update properly.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

I had the same questions because all the apps that show first we do not use. However my new question is I had a app I see ALL the time and it was near the top. Now all of a sudden it's hidden so far I have to go into the apps section all the way to "show all apps" and it's there. We did not move it apparently they are not movable so how did this happen and why? So frustrating

The first thing I tried to do is set my own order to apps. Xfinity wants me to look at a bunch of garbage apps I don’t use???? I may end up plugging the ROKU back in.

I agree. I am going to send the flex back and put back Roku. Not being able to reorder or add/remove shortcuts in the home menu is ridiculous. ALL other streaming devices I have used all this.

Wow. This Flex doesnt even have an app I use - Britbox.  Plus, it appears I cant just log in to my apps, I have to SUBSCRIBE to them thru Flex. Which means I have to UNSUBSCRIBE to them, then

RE-SUBSCRIBE to them thru Flex......smdh......OK, this thing is going back. I'll just continue to watch my apps with the method I have now.

This Flex system is nuts........%>:~{...

I was able to log into my accounts. I just did it for Netflix, Hulu and Youtube.
