delete purchased movie

I'm trying to delete a purchased movie off of my account. I chatted with an agent and they refunded the movie but said that it couldn't be deleted. Reading the Forum it appears that it is possible to delete so please advise how. It was never watched if that helps.

When it comes to purchased content, even if credited back for the amount of the purchase, the digital license will remain on your account and cannot be deleted unless services are disconnected and not transferred to a new address within 60-days.

Has that changed? I've seen previous comments in the forum where it was removed from the account for example: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/xfinity-stream-website/need-to-delete-purchased-movie/620dfd4680db9c3cdd5e6f1b

I understand you're looking to remove a movie, and I'd be happy to help! Removing a movie can sometimes depend on a few things: how and when it was originally added, and the timeframe between then and now.

I'd be glad to take a closer look at your account with you to see what your options are. To get started, please send a direct message with your full name and address.

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

I am trying to Delete TV Shows not movies that were purchased for $2.99 as an example. These are usually final episodes I couldn6get otherwise or when a series was interrupted. I don't wish to keep them but because they showing purchased they have no delete option. So how to I remove them

user_d1bab9 TV shows, more than likely would fall under what @XfinitySeth  mentioned and can not be removed from the account. We would be happy to check for you, however.
