Discovery + not launching

I have manually restarted my Flex box & have cleared the local data as per previous posts, but it still won't launch.

Hello @user_6a99b5, thank you for letting us know you are having trouble launching Discovery+ on your Flex device. I can appreciate the need to see all your favorite content, and apologize for any frustration this may have caused. I can see you attempted some steps already, does this include deleting and then re-installing the application? We want to see this resolved, and it has been a few days, are you still unable to launch the app?
