Error Code RDK 03033
Oh..I am seeing this in my sleep now! How do we get this permanently fixed (other than cutting the cord, a viable option at this point). I do not believe we should have to reset or power cycle our X1 DVR box 2 or 3 times a week!
Xfinity recently cleaned up errors they said were on my box via a phone call and there was a recent service in our area. Yet, days after all this, we are getting this same message just randomly popping up and then the screen locks up; we have to wait it out or unplug it.
I'm open to suggestions???
