Flex box return
I was told when I first got this service that they were giving me a free flex box for zero dollars that I didn't even want. Then charged me $15 to activate it and now that I have to change service they want it back. I don't have it anymore and I wasn't even warned about this. I've seen all this stuff online about how you all charge so much for devices not returned, so what's going to happen and how much is it?
