Flex error code History Hits
On my FLEX device. Whenever I click on my Hostory Hits app I get a error message stating APPS-04036 it has been like this for a month+! I just started this History Hits account got to use it for like 2 days and now this!

Hi there, @sflint37 Thank you so much for your time and patience! I'm truly sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with your Flex Box, I know how frustrating this is for you. Please be assured, I'll get you taken care of. Have you tried unplugging the Flex Box from the electrical outlet for about 1 minute and then try plugging it back in again?-Richard
