Flex Homescreen

I traded in my old Flex box and got the new version of it and when I was done setting it up I was happy to see a new homescreen for it. A couple days later I had to unplug it to move it and once I plugged it back in it brought back the old Homescreen/OS look to it. How do I get the New OS back?

Hello, @user_22bf3b To customize your screen, follow the steps below:

From the Home page, scroll down to the bottom right and select Help.

Say "Settings" into your Xfinity Voice Remote to bring up the Settings menu.

Settings is also located on the Home page on Xfinity Flex streaming TV Boxes.

You can also scroll down to the bottom and select Settings.
