Flex will load apps but won't play anything I pick.
Just got this Flex box tonight, I have a full/strong internet connection. I've logged into all of my streaming apps, Disney+, Peacock, Prime, etc. I'm able to browse episodes, it even plays the preview clips but when I select an actual episode or movie to play, I get an error message that says try again later or it just loops me back to the app menu screen. I've reset the Flex box, the Gateway modem and done he connection tests. Everything looks like it should be good but I till can't PLAY anything on any app.

Hello, @user_3b70e6! Thanks for posting on our community forums to let us know about this situation. I'm sorry to hear the Flexbox is not working properly. This is not the experience we would like you to have. And we appreciate your attempts at troubleshooting on your end. I'd like to troubleshoot further and get to the bottom of this. Do you get an error code (RDX or XRE) as well? Have you tried rebooting the modem to refresh the network connection too?
