flex

I tried to add flex, which I was supposed to have along with Peacock ,to my plan and was told I wasn't eligible and to contact customer service. Incredibly difficult to contact anyone other than sales. What's up?

Hey @user_22bffd, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums. We apologize you were unable to get help and I can certainly help get you set up with the Flex box. Can you send us a direct message so I can?

@XfinityNicolas

So, Flex really isn't available with internet in 'some locations'? How is this possible, it's just streaming? Other services work just fine.
