Looks like the new flex menu doesn't have Disney+ as an option to click on

Good morning @user_bd4b2a, you are able to access Disney+ on Xfinity Flex
Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
Select "Apps".
Choose the Disney+ app tile.
You can also say "Disney Plus app" into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
