lost xfinity flex box

I lost my xfinity flex box when I moved a few months back. I have been looking for it ever since and have already had it replaced, but I can not find it and am being charged for it every month (deactivated, but not returned). What should I do?

Hello @user_d711cc   , thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear you lost the Flex box. I would be happy to look into this for you. The cost of the device is $70. I do need to get this removed from the account. Can you send me a direct message with your address and name?
