New Xumo box asking for PIN

I received a new Xumo box after a storm made the old one inoperable.  During setup it asked for a PIN and i have tried every PIN that I ever used as well as the last four digits of my phone number and nothing works.  I talked to 4 different people on the phone and no one could help me.
