Now TV channel Lineup October 2024?? False advertising

It says right on your website that Lifetime is a channel available on NowTV.

NOT ONE OF THESE CHANNELS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE XFINITY STREAM APP

I used to be able to watch Lifetime on their app/website, but now, when I go to Lifetime's website to log in to to live tv, with my xfinity credentials, I get the following error:

This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service.

To add it to your service,upgradenow.

@user_7ymdos NOW TV isn't considered a cable package. It's a bundled streaming service. The login to the Lifetime app or web site isn't going to work. However, all these channels should be showing up for you in the Stream app. Did you used to be a cable customer and downgraded your service to NOW? If so, maybe there's a configuration error in your account that needs to be fixed. An official Xfinity support specialist will jump in here on this thread to help you out further.

In the meantime, you could use the Xfinity app to restart your modem and also do the same for your devices. Perhaps that might fix the issue.

It was working on the lifetime app until at least sometime in September. 

I switched from cable to streaming/Nowtv a year ago.

ive restarted the modem several times trying to fix a separate issue and its not helped.

@user_7ymdos You haven't had any access to the NOW channels in the Stream app or online since you've switched? Have you only been logging in to the Lifetime app and only watching that channel? What devices do you have to access the Stream app on?

Are you experiencing any issues when attempting to access the television stations when using the NOW TV log in information on an approved Xfinity Stream Application on a supported device? 

 

You can watch through NOW TV subscription through the Xfinity Stream website on your browser at xfinity.com/stream. Currently, NOW TV is not available on Apple TV, LG TV, Roku, or Samsung Smart TV.
