Peacock 4 Second Audio Delays

I am experiencing this delay on any program that is NOT on DEMAND such as news channels. Movies are ok. I got support from Peacock who advise that I need to contact Xfinity but support on Xfinity is a joke, I cannot get past the AI Chat bots and I get sent to troubleshooting or Peacock pages over and over again.

ukmerlin Thanks for your honest feedback and patience while you wait for our team to contact you. I know how frustrated I would be if I was having trouble with my audio not being in sync. I would like to confirm as your header says you are having this issue with Peacock or do you also have this issue with your channels that Comcast is providing you too?
