Peacock subscription asks to subscribe

My free Peacock subscription through my Xfinity interenet plan whic doesn't expire until June 2025,  now asks me to subscibe, It only allows me to watc Peacock Originals.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I Have an active account thru Xfinity subscription of a gig but when I try to access it it wants me to subscribe I need , I want to stay but if I can get no help I have  joink fiber internet in front of my house . We , my son I have been comcast customers for many years . my son [Edit: Personal Information] and I paid the bill . now that i took it over when he moved I moved the TV to a different room and had to change from Flex Box to Xumo. Now I cannot watch Peacock. I need to get this fixed. Your techs say it is on the Peacock side, and all I get is emails. I need this fixed.

I am having a very similar problem with them!  Peacock says it is Xfinity problem and I know it is!  The support is awful with Xfinity 

!  Mine is not fixed either and I chatted with them hours every day last week and yesterday,  still no resolution.  Even though they keep saying it is fixed
