Remove Apps from Home Screen

How do I remove the apps I don't use from the home screen? The ones I do use are stuck behind all the ones I don't want.

Hi there, @user_4ndr01d, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums! At this time, you are unable to remove or delete apps from the Flex box. We appreciate you reaching out and passing along this feedback. We are always interested in our customer's feedback especially when it comes to everyday usage of service.

@XfinityValerie

the subscribing masses have spoken repeatedly about this topic in the forums: we require the ability to edit the Home Screen apps ribbons.
Please escalate this issue to get the devs to fix this ASAP. It is a basic /default integrated feature on every other streaming service.

Hello @user_d25a67. That is a great question, and at this time we do not have any plans to make the apps customizable. However, we do take all feedback as a gift. If you have a suggestion, please submit this here

I no longer work for Comcast.

Another vote to make the apps customizable, rather than just the high profit ones up front

I submitted a feedback using the online form for requesting the apps ribbons be made customizable asap.
please do the same.

the more requests they get, the faster it will happen.

this is the link from the above employee response stating we had to make the feedback form requests.

apparently those monitoring the forums and social media do not bother to send forums requests to the devs so we have to put in the request via the feedback form.

This is clunky and asinine that in this modern age clients have to jump so many hoops to make a simple feature request for something

@Carol222 I'm experieniencing this same problem with several other apps, notably:  TUBI, XUMO, Disney+, HBO/MAX and sometimes Netflix.   Other apps work fine, but these ones seem especially buggy with the buffering issue.  I did also go into my SmartTV settings and tried reducing the streaming quality from 4k to 1080p but no noticable difference was detected. I've verified my network connectivity, quality, and speed. I've updated my TV apps and OS too.
Usually on the Xfinity streaming box I have far more bufferieng issues than on the SmartTV apps (Samsung tv). Its disappointing and vexing.

At least make the apps where you can move them around to the order you want them would be a step in the right direction.

I agree, this is totally unacceptable that we cannot move the apps into the order we choose.   I don't have ANY on the apps you position first.   Not hard to set up so please correct this  Inconvenience
