Repeated reordering of replacement Flex boxes

I had a defective set of streaming boxes right from the beginning. I just ordered my sixth set of replacements, received the confirmation order in the chat, and received the same “promises” that they’ll arrive in 2-3 days. It’s been almost 3 months…. I have yet to receive a confirmation email and text for any of the orders, so I’m not holding my breath this time either. In the meantime, I’ve been paying for services and equipment I don’t have. I understand I can go to the Xfinity store and pick up a set, but that is 2 hours round trip not including standing in line.

Xfinity can do better, because I never had this issue in the past.
