Replacing box
We have an xfinity flex box that we’ve had for over 3 years, and we’re planning to move soon while keeping xfinity as our internet provider. Our flex box sometimes randomly shuts down, and we would like to replace it. What do we need to do to swap our xfinity flex box for a new one?

Are you moving to a different city or state? If you are planning on moving to a different city or state, it is recommended to return your current rental equipment and have new equipment shipped to the new address.
