return equipment

I keep getting messages and calls to return equipment which I have already paid for. How do I make them stop given that xfinity makes it sooooooo  difficult to reach customer service.

@user_mrhg9w Which equipment are they requesting you return? A Flex/Xumo box? Where did you purchase, and did you cancel your service?

I was given this “free” when I signed up for the service. Yes, it is the flex box. Left the city and couldn’t return it. Paid the $75 they asked me to but I still keep getting calls asking me to return.
