Tech call
Hello, my Internet has been spot the last couple of days and I made an appointment with Xfinity to come by today. I got a call from technical support and it seems my Internet is working again this morning.
Just wondering if this is a legit call and if I should call them back to see if they can help.

We can check and see if the call was legitimate, but I can say that we do have teams that check up on reported service trouble and make contact like what you're describing when there are visits set up, and they may no longer be needed. You can also manage your appointment online here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments or, please feel free to send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full name and complete street address.
