Unreturned flex box

I have been charged for flex box I did not want nor order. It arrived by mail, contacted Xfinity about it and was told it was free with internet service and ignore it. I threw it away. 
I want the charge $32.50 reversed and money returned to me. I am not responding for that ridiculous box and the fraudulent manner Xfinity is using to extract money from customers.

@user_rgxfa3 Free means they don't charge you a rental fee for it. Not free as in you can do whatever you wish with it. It's their equipment. Hopefully someone from Xfinity can help you here with that. Good luck!

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
