Xfinity flex and Apple TV
Cannot get into Apple TV from flex box. I click the icon, it starts to load and just sits on the Apple TV logo. We can log on from mobile devices and our Roku on this tv and other tvs.

@user_233a85 Thanks for posting and letting us know about the delay in logging in. If uninstalling the app, or restarting the modem and the devices for a fresh start doesn't help, follow the steps on this here to clear out the cache on the Flex box. It will help restart everything, so you can log in past the logo.
