Xfinity Flex Error Code XRE-00250 – Unable to Watch Content

Dear Xfinity Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Xfinity Flex box. Whenever I try to watch something, I receive the error code XRE-00250, and I’m unable to stream any content.

I’ve tried restarting the device and checking my internet connection, but the issue still persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?

I really appreciate you taking the time to restart your Xumo box and check your internet connection to rule those out as potential root causes.
