Xfinity Flex

Hi there - I received an Xfinity flex in the mail quite a while ago that I did not request. I haven’t had any use for it and would like to get rid of it. Is this something I need to return, and if so, how do I do that? I don’t see it listed on my account to generate a return label from there

You would want to return it so you aren't billed any unreturned equipment fees. You can drop it off to your local service center, usually you should be able to print a return label as well. If you aren't seeing the option, our team can help. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
