Xumo box won’t work stuck on settings screen
moved to a new apartment and Xumo worked the first few days but now stuck on settings screen. Have tried restarting gateway and Xumo box itself

Hello, user_qf1ejw! Congratulations on your new place! I hope you are getting settled in quickly! Thank you for reaching out about the Xfinity Xumo box being stuck on the Settings screen. You did the right thing to try and reset the equipment. I will need to check the service at your new address and will send a signal to the box. If needed, we can get that replaced.
