Boards

When I tap on a board nothing happens ?  Additionally , there's a blue line above the Homepage and my email address is incorrect .  I have posted this many times . 
I'll settle for directions to remove my account and start over ?  
These issues make it impossible for me to get the most out of this forum  .

I would appreciate some help please .

I tried but I'm unable to change the email address ? 
The boards don't work either when I select one ?

I meant the email address for this community . The email address for my Xfinity account is correct . ✅
