I do not want this community account.  I want it deleted 

Due to system limitations, we are unable to delete profiles from the forums. However there are 2 options:
 
  1. You can go into your profile here by clicking on your avatar in the upper right next to the bell and uncheck all notifications. This will stop you from getting emails from the forums and allow you to come back later if you need assistance.
  2. We have let the Admin/Mod know that you are not wanting to participate in the forums at all and they can block you from the site.

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I understand the concern with wanting your Community account deleted.  While we aren’t able to fully delete a Community profile, we can help in a couple of ways to prevent further use of the account. We’re able to either change your Community username or block the username from accessing the site entirely. If either of those options works for you, please let us know which you’d prefer, and we’ll be happy to take care of it for you.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address, so we can locate your account and assist with making the change. Once we receive your details, we will take care of the next steps for you.

 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
