forum user name ban
My forum login user name "gergev" has been banned for at least 15 years now, and I don't know why. Perhaps I had a complaint that a moderator did not like? Can I get a release for time served?

We apologize that you are having issues with your original Xfinity Forum username. In the past, the Xfinity Forum would automatically ban a handle if that user added their email address to our "do not contact" list. This prevented all unwanted emails from comcast, including the automatic emails from the forum. This can be reversed if you agree to receive forum related emails to that associated email address. If you agree, we can un-ban that other handle immediately. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
