"Insert Image" icon missing
I can no longer post images. The "Insert Image" icon in the Forum editor toolbar seems to be missing, along with the Movie and Link icons (the following is a link to an image of the Forum toolbar in a file posted to Imgur):
I tried clearing cache & cookies, changing browsers, and switching to another userid, and still don't have the Image, Movie, and Link icons. Could someone please take a look at this and fix or explain it?

I probably should have said that the image I linked was a screen shot I took with the browser windows set very narrow, which I did just to get all the icons in a reasonable horizontal space. With the browser width set the way I normally use it, the Comment compose window looks like:
I hadn't tried Ctrl+ or Ctrl-. I did that just now, and regardless of how much I shrink or enlarge the size, there is no change in the number of icons.
Thank you for posting your toolbar. It reminds me that, in addition to the Image icon, I'm also missing the Movie and Link icons. Your toolbar has 20 icons. Mine, regardless of browser, window width, or the UserID I sign on with, has 17.
Image, Movie, and Link are missing. Perhaps Sprinklr did something boneheaded? Perhaps Comcast pulled these 3 items for mere users but retained them for Employees and Experts?

I just noticed that, for me at least, the Image, Video, and Link icons that were still missing yesterday have been restored. They're like The Vanishing Leprechaun: "Which one vanishes? Where did [it] go? When [it] comes back, where has [it] been? It's a mystery!"
If there was any Comcast help one this one, it was completely behind-the-scenes. I receved no insight into or advice about the problem whatsoever, despite multiple posts and PMs. It's no way to run a railroad.

I am missing this feature as well. I can send attachments but sometimes I like to insert an image in the body of a message.
