Thank you for posting your questions about removed posts. It looks like only one of your posts have been removed. It was removed as it was an almost exact duplicate of a reply you authored on another user's thread. Duplicate posts are removed as they create confusion in the community and duplicate work streams for our team. We ask that you only post your questions once and await a reply from our community or our Official Employees. Additionally, we ask that if a thread is related to a specific topic, that all comments and replies are also related. This means if you have another question that is not related to the specific topic you are wanting to reply to (i.e. where your most recent post is on a "Xfinity Modem log4j vulnerability thread) that you find the most appropriate area of the community and post that new question there. This also helps to reduce confusion and ensures that all posts remain on topic and addressed appropriately.
Both of these recommendations are being made as they are specifically called out in our Xfinity Forum Guidelines and our Xfinity Forum Acceptable Use Policy. We ask that you please review those posts thoroughly as repeated violations to either of those documents could result in a revocation of a user's Xfinity Forum posting privileges.
Thanks in advance for your your consideration and review of those documents. Please let us know if you have any other questions or need anything else.
@XfinityJessie I created my own thread and both were deleted. Can you point me to the thread i created that was not deleted? It does not show in my activity either. I only see a comment i made in someone elses thread, where they are telling people to create their own posts for assistance. Please advise.
