Poor service and no response
I have been having problems with my internet, cable, and home security services for the past month. I have called customer service multiple times at least 4-5 times and technicians have been sent out. I had a tech come out yesterday and tell me that I have an open ticket from 7/8/25 which supposedly requires the green box in my yard to be replaced. This is the first time I heard this. Two previous techs have replaced splitters in my attic. The issue happens intermittently all throughout the day. I also spoke with Mr. Joseph Booker who is advanced tech supervisor a month ago who gave me his number to call if I continue to have issues. I called him on 7/4/25 and today. I left a message both times with no return call or follow up. I have been a customer for 9 years and spends $300-400 per month on service. This is highly unacceptable as a customer to not get any follow-up or resolution. I have been without service more than I have had service. At this point, I’m ready to cancel all my services and return all equipment. It is ridiculous that you can’t speak with any upper level management or contact corporate office to complain. It is also ridiculous that every time you call to customer service…you can’t speak with anyone without the automated message “send a signal to your modem” and have to wait for a call back or text which never happens.
