An Xfinity crew that has been laying cable in our neighborhood, has left two sinkholes in our front lawn. How do I get this fixed?

I'd need to open a damage claim ticket for our local team to get the repairs done. Since I will need to gather some information to submit the request, and we don't that in our public conversation.
