Spotty or no Internet

A cold customer service and went through the automated system. They reset my modem and my Internet would work for about 10 minutes. Then the problem would recur. Accessing the Internet would cause spinning and then an error. Multiple tries and you may get online. In the meantime Xfinity has marked the problem as resolved. I finally got to speak to an agent yesterday and because the problem was marked as resolved, she had a difficult time scheduling a technician’s visit. I have an appointment scheduled for Monday. Even getting online to do this, I had to use my phone data.

The concern is not "Community Center / Guidelines" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
