advanced call forwarding not working
I am trying to set up norobocall. It requires advanced call forwarding which I cannot select as the option disappears. I have tried this on different devices and it never works. This is a serious problem for me as we are getting at least fifty calls each day, calls that are meaningless. The phone is now useless to us. Please helpl

If you're not the Primary user for the account you're trying to manage the Advanced Call Forwarding features for, there is a chance you could be limited. The Primary user must first turn on Voice Permissions from the Account and Identity tab after signing in to their account for any other account user to access Advanced Call Forwarding options.
To turn on Voice Permissions:
Once this is done, you should be able to manage the Advanced Call Forwarding settings under your Manager profile at your discretion.-Richard
