Advanced Call Forwarding

I'm trying to turn this feature on so I can use Nomorobo, but there's nothing allowing me, the Primary user, to grant Voice Permissions from the Account and Identity section.  What the [Edited: Language], man?

Hello @JoecoolinOR it is not good to hear you are running into issues turning on call forwarding. We are here to help! Can you please go into more detail on exactly what you are experiencing? Are you getting any errors? Where are you trying to turn this on? What are the exact steps you are taking?

OK, I’m going to do this step-by-step.  Thank heaven for numbered lists.

  1. I go to Voice,
  2. then to Settings,
  1. then to Call Forwarding. I then see this message under Advanced Call Forwarding: “This telephone number does not have access to Advanced Call Forwarding. Customize your Xfinity Voice package today by calling 1-800-XFINITY”.
  • Then via your Help section I go to My Account from the 3-bar menu,
  • then in the next screen I click on my avatar in the upper right corner
  • & click on Account and Identity where I, as the Primary user, should be able to grant Voice Permissions,
  • but nothing of the sort is there.

Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
