Call Blocking & Screening

In the last several days, Call Blocking is not screening calls correctly and is allowing robocalls to come through.  When will this get fixed Xfinity?

user_zo2zfq Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums. To block a call on your Xfinity Voice Service, you can use Nomorobo. Here are the steps to set it up:
  1. Sign up for Nomorobo by selecting Comcast Xfinity as your landline carrier on nomorobo.com/signup.
  2. Activate Nomorobo by clicking the link in the email you receive.
  3. Provide basic information about your landline phone on the Nomorobo website.
  4. Follow the instructions on the Nomorobo website and perform a test call by selecting "I'm ready. Call me now."

Below is also a quick guide to the features that come with most Xfinity Voice services:
