Caller ID on tv screen stopped working
The Caller ID feature on my Xfinity Voice account has stopped functioning. I have rebooted both tv boxes and modem with no help. I have read other conversations stating that I may need my Voice feature reprovisioned
To add the caller ID on screen feature. My phone is showing the Caller ID.

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address, so we can assist you further. To send us a Direct Message, you will need to sign in to the Forums if you are not. Then you will need to locate and click on the "Direct Message" icon located in the upper right corner of this page. Next, click the "New Message" (paper & pencil) icon and type "Xfinity Support" in the to line, and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list. How do I get my Xfinity system to tell me who's calling ? It does display the caller on the screen. It used to verbally tell me me as well. It stopped. Can you tell me how to turn the voice back on.
I do have the notifications settings all notifications ON.
