Caller id not showing on TV

Google says:

  • Press the xfinity button on your remote    
  • Select Settings (gear icon)                          
  • Select Preferences                                      
  • Select Notifications                                   
  • Highlight Xfinity Voice and press OK to switch between ON and OFF.

user_5b0fd4, Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Great find. You’re on the right track. Caller ID display for Xfinity Voice can be turned on/off directly from the TV by going to:

Xfinity button → Settings (gear icon) → Preferences → Notifications → Xfinity Voice. Please make sure Xfinity Voice notifications are set to ON, then place a test call to see if the caller info appears on the screen. If it’s already turned on and still not showing, let me know, and we can check a couple of additional things (like Voice provisioning or account settings) to get this working properly. Good evening user_44gruo. I would be happy to assist you further. I do have a couple of questions to better understand the situation. Have you already unplugged the box from the electrical outlet for 30-seconds? Have you changed any equipment, or your plan recently? When did this issue begin?
