Caller told my number is blocking theirs
My friend has been calling from their number to mine for 20 years with no issues. The last month they are told that my number is blocking all calls from their number. I have NO blocked numbers, anonymous call rejection is OFF, and their number and name has always come though on Caller ID. What gives?

We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Xfinity Community Forums! This sounds like carrier-level spam or fraud filtering, a network routing issue, device settings glitch, or the use a Call filtering app.
Do you happen to know if they are calling from a mobile line to a mobile line or Xfinity Voice line?
What exact message do they hear?
Does the call fail immediately or after ringing?
Can they successfully text you if these are mobile lines?
Can they call you from a different phone number?
Are they using the same carrier they have always used?
If they can call you from another number but not their regular number, that strongly points to a carrier spam-filter or routing issue rather than a block on your phone.
