Cannot access Options Under "Advanced Call Forwarding" via the Xfinity Connect web interface

When I select the Call Forwarding Option, I am not presented with options to enable or change this feature.

There is an error message that says "Sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes."

This seems to be an issue for many Xfinity subscribers.   Please advise on how to access this feature and select the desired options.

@user_ynqlm4 Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know you're still having an issue with call forwarding. If you were to use your phone line to set up call forwarding is the issue still there?

I have a link that goes into the steps on how to set up call forwarding via your home phone line and through the web portal at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/forward-calls-with-call-forwarding.
