Cannot access Options Under "Advanced Call Forwarding" via the Xfinity Connect web interface
When I select the Call Forwarding Option, I am not presented with options to enable or change this feature.
There is an error message that says "Sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes."
This seems to be an issue for many Xfinity subscribers. Please advise on how to access this feature and select the desired options.
